I decided to try out yet another process of making an image onto a building surface.
This is the original image I used.
Then I did a select colour in Photoshop and changed it to black and white.
Next I applied a mosaic tile/pixelation filter to the image.
Then I took the image into Rhino and created a heightfield from image.
The result could be transformed into a concrete wall facade.
